Here is a general timeline for doll production to shipping:

1. Doll production: 1-3 weeks average.(4-5 weeks for implanted hair)
2. Inspection is approved and customers receive quality control photos.
3. Order leaves manufacturing facility 1-3 days. 
4. Tracking info sent to the customer approx. 3-7 days after inspection.
5. 7-10 days international travel time.
6. Package collected by carriers - UPS or FedEx and delivered in 2-5 days.
7. Entire process can take 3-4 weeks or 6 weeks for orders with implanted hair. Please note that these are estimates, actual times may vary depending on factory production demand and holiday schedules in China.

Please note that February of each year is in observance of Lunar New Year and production schedules overseas are expected to have delays while the factories are closed for the holiday. Click here for more information.
