Inspecting your doll delivery
Upon delivery, do not use the doll immediately. While we always visually confirm every delivery prior to shipping, it is always recommended to inspect your order to ensure accuracy. Before unwrapping everything and using the doll, confirm that your delivery matches your order. (Verify skin tone, head, etc.) In rare occasions some items including nails, and eyebrows may become loose in transit or if it was inspected by US customs. These items can be re-attached using traditional methods that can be found online. Very minor skin imperfections and slight variations may also be found on the skin surface that was caused by the manufacturing process, minor makeup imperfections, lipstick gloss coating peeling, seam lines, injection sites for the molding process, and other minor imperfections are not considered defects and are not covered by our guarantees. Take photos of anything that may appear to be damaged, they must be sent to us for review within 24 hours to be considered. We will do our best to resolve the issue for you.

We use UPS and FedEx for all deliveries worldwide. We aim to ship all of our products out as quickly as possible so you can enjoy your new companion, but please be aware that your doll is made to order even if its preconfigured, and it does take time to craft. The doll will be packaged in a plain brown carton box.

But due to the nature of the product and COVID19 safety protocols, we are unable to accept returns. However, in the event you receive a defective product, it must not have been used, and you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product using our contact form. Please be sure to specify the problem as detailed as possible, and the exact issues. Also include clear photos and videos if necessary so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If your product has been inspected and we have determined that it is defective, we will work with you to resolve the matter as quickly as possible. Due to federal & state laws regarding handling of medical grade sanitary products, if the item is damaged due to improper handling or used in any way, you are not eligible for any return.
